Silly dancing, you called it. One fist in the air, crooked at the elbow, bring up the kneee and stomp down, turn around in circles repeating. You got some moves there, a lady at the park told you. I would have to agree. At the very least your silly dancing definitely beats anything I might be able to come up with.
